Rated 5 out of 5 by Kristin209 from Perfect! Soft to play on sweet, but polishedI was looking for the prefect rug for a while, wanted something natural and preferable striped, clean, bright and sweet and something that would be nice to sit and play on. This rug is all that for me. We live in an old house and I like the combo of old and modern and a clean Scandinavian look (which incidentally the name of this store reminds me off so that was the first place I looked) this rug does a great job of tying the old and modern together. Love the different shades of greys, which gives it a more natural feel the weave in between which gives it a striped pattern without actually being striped and it is is playful, while being sofisticated and unique. You do have to go around and tuck strands back in as other reviewers have mentioned, but that's not a big deal. It also frays a bit at times, so I go over it with scissors once in a while to clip off loose strands. I have only vacuumed it with the attachment not the actual vacuum itself, for fear of unraveling it.Overall I am very happy with it, it looked exactly like what I had pictured.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Anonymous from Beautiful rugJust received our white 8x10 rug, it was folded in half but the crease quickly smoothed out. My husband described it as "primitive" since its a rag rug but I think it is just perfect for our three year old's bedroom. Great rug, happy mommy:)

Rated 4 out of 5 by jojothebest from As stated before, beautiful but not so robust. So pretty. I like the subtle shiny pieces and the color is perfect. Have used it for about three months now. I got a thick pad for underneath, which makes it soft underfoot. Definitely bits coming out, but that's pretty standard for a rag rug and I knew that going into it so I'm not really disappointed. If you would need it to stay pristine, this may not be the rug for you. But for a rag rug I absolutely love it. (PS the picture below also has the under the sea play mat, which I LOVE)

Rated 4 out of 5 by Sandibee from Love the rug, but watch out for cream undertones!I finally got this rug after being backordered forever. I think it is absolutely darling! It's surprisingly thick and the different colored strands really make it look whimsical and high-end. My only issue is that the rug throws a lot of cream/yellowish tones. The photos made it look like it had more blue/gray undertones. Not a big deal, but I wanted to give other customers a heads up.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Mlndgreen from Beautiful interwoven colorsI bought this rug for our family room. It is a beautiful white with bits of silver, pinks, and gray interwoven throughout. It is soft for the kids to play on and cushions their falls. It does tend to fray and come open in spots, especially with our cats nails. You can easily push them back through with a knitting needle.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Peanut14 from Good Cushion, Neutral in Color, but DelicateWe wanted a rug just to cover our hardwood floors and provide a little cushion and this rug is the goldilocks of area rugs- not too heavy, not too thin or light. Most of it is white with threads of silver, cream and other neutral colors which make it easy to match. However, we've noticed that with wear, some of the pieces of the rug have already come undone. Small pieces of the fabric are beginning to stick out making it look a bit more worn and used that we would like after having it only 2 months. I would recommend this product, but not without mentioning this detail.

Rated 3 out of 5 by ach2016 from Love the look, impossible to care for.I bought this for my nursery and love the look. However it is impossible to clean. Both times I set my vacuum to the highest setting and no less than 6 rags pop out and are too short to put back in. I have had other rag rugs in the past and I am used to maybe one rag pop out. At this point it feels like a $400 rug that I either can't clean or just won't have for more than a year. Disappointing because I love the look and the softness of it.

Rated 2 out of 5 by jinLA from Very pretty, but already falling apartI bought this rug for my daughter's nursery about two months ago. The rug is woven together with scraps of different types of fabric. Unfortunately there are already several places where the pieces have come undone, especially the lace pieces. I try to tuck them back in to the weave. The color is beautiful, just as pictured. It's a very inexpensive rug, so I didn't expect it to last forever. I'm surprised how quickly it's coming apart.

Rated 2 out of 5 by ljalmeida from Gorgeous but falling apartThis rug is absolutely gorgeous. I loved it so much so that it was one of the first items I purchased for my nursery while I was still pregnant and designed the room around the colors of the rug. I was so paranoid about the rug getting dirty or worn before baby got here that I didn't even unwrap it until a week after my daughter was born at the end of January. Well, the rug looked gorgeous in the nursery... For about a month. Let me preface this by saying the baby isn't even sleeping in her nursery yet, I only go in there to change her diapers and get her clothes. She doesn't play or lay on the rug yet. She is just now three months old. Plus, we take our shoes off in the house, so this rug has had very little traffic and wear. It is so disappointing how horribly this rug has held up. The strands have come unraveled and there are frays everywhere to the point that it looks sloppy and cheap. I realize this rug is handmade, but for goodness sakes it is sold as a children's rug! I can't imagine how horrible it will look once my daughter actually uses it! I have already started looking for something to replace it, which is a shame because the colors and the rug when new is absolutely beautiful and soft. I just wish it were made better, especially for the price.

Rated 2 out of 5 by Milajosh from cute but not the best rugdespite the fact that this was the cutest and unique rug I saw in the store when we got home and unrolled the rug, its threads/material were coming out in few places. For that reason I returned it

Rated 2 out of 5 by ecbc from DisappointedI love the idea of this rug and it was pretty to look at while we were awaiting our baby's arrival. Now that the nursery is in use, I'm quite disappointed in the quality. It unravels easily this making cleaning difficult and it looks matted/worn before our daughter has even had a chance to play on it.

Rated 1 out of 5 by BDG123 from Disappointed!I just purchased the white rags to riches rug for my daughters big girl room and it is much more cream than white. The website shows this as predominantly true white with hints of cream and metallics. The tag on the rug even lists color code as cream. Extremely disappointed as I needed white! On top of that, Land of Nod wants to charge me $25 to return it.
