Standard & Rush Delivery
If you select "standard" shipping for your order, accessories and Lickety Split items are shipped via standard delivery and arrive in 5-7 business days. Shipping charges are based on the total value of merchandise (see "Standard Shipping Schedule" below). "Express" delivery orders placed by 12:30pm CST will be received in 2 or 3 working days. "Next Day Air" orders placed by 12:30pm CST will be delivered by the end of the following business day. This service is available to most destinations. Out of stock items and furniture items should arrive in the estimated time frame listed on the item page. (There is no "Express" or "Next Day Air" delivery option for furniture.)
The following chart lists shipping charges for orders consisting of non-furniture. Charges are calculated per shipping address. Non-furniture shipments to Alaska and Hawaii require air delivery and will be calculated at "Express" shipping rates.

Please note: All shipping charges are per address. These costs include order processing, item selection, packaging, and transportation of items. The Standard Shipping Schedule applies to all orders with the following exceptions:

We review delivery options for each and every order to find the quickest, most cost-effective solution. Delivery methods on certain items may be upgraded in Checkout if consolidating items in your order will provide better shipping rates and delivery times.

In-stock merchandise is usually delivered in about 2-4 weeks.
One to two days prior to delivery, you will receive a call with a 2 to 3-hour delivery time frame. Saturday delivery may be available for an additional charge. Sunday delivery is not available.
All furniture is delivered inside the first door of your home. Furniture descriptions with In-Home Delivery include inside delivery, assembly of furniture and removal of packaging. Delivery service does not include disassembling or removing old furniture.
If you have items that are not shipping via Local In-Home Delivery (i.e., Standard Delivery), additional shipping charges will apply.
