Standard & Lickety Split Delivery

Accessories and Lickety Split items are shipping via standard delivery and arrive in 5-7 business days. Shipping charges are based on the total value of the merchandise (see “Standard Delivery Charges” chart). Prices in parentheses are in addition to the standard shipping charges.

Please note: All shipping charges include handling, order processing, item selection, packaging and transportation of items.

Rush Delivery Shipping Charges

Starting at $12.95, orders placed by 12:30 p.m. CST will be delivered in 2-3 business days. Starting at $24.95, orders placed by 12:30 p.m. CST will be delivered the next business day. These expedite charges are in addition to the standard delivery charge. Bulkier and heavier items will incur additional charges. Please allow 4 weeks for delivery for all personalized items. (Expedited shipping not available.)

Delivery Outside the Continental U.S.

All orders to Alaska, Hawaii and the U.S. Territories may be placed online, via email or phone and will be processed as an expedited delivery. For delivery, allow 3–5 business days from the day items are shipped. Shipping for larger items can be quoted upon request; please email customerservice@landofnod.com, or call 800.933.9904 for a large item quote.

One to two days prior to delivery, you will receive a call with a 2 to 3-hour delivery time frame. Saturday and Sunday delivery may be available, please call 800.933.9904 for additional information. Please note, Cribs will require customer assembly.

All furniture is delivered inside the first door of your home. Furniture descriptions with In-Home Delivery include inside delivery, assembly of furniture and removal of packaging. Delivery service does not include disassembling or removing old furniture.

If you have items that are not shipping via Local In-Home Delivery (i.e., Standard Delivery), additional shipping charges will apply.

Furniture Pickup in Naperville, IL and Seattle, WA

Wanna pickup your own furniture? OK, but be sure to lift with your legs. Customers can make arrangements to pickup their furniture order at either our Naperville, Illinois or Seattle, Washington warehouse. Customers choosing this option will not be charged for delivery. Sales tax is still applicable to the order. At least 48 hours notice is required prior to requesting a pickup appointment. Shipping to APO/FPO Addresses

Orders shipped to APO or FPO addresses will ship via Parcel Post.

It is possible that larger, heavier items cannot be shipped via Parcel Post. Free shipping offers exclude Parcel Post shipments.
