Returning Non-furniture Items
Parcel Returns
We understand that for whatever reason, sometimes things don’t work out. Fortunately, "1, 2, 3 No Changies" is not our return policy. Most merchandise may be returned for any reason within 30 days of delivery. Just complete the returns portion of your packing slip, securely package your return, and send it back to us via a traceable method with the shipper of your choice using the address label from your packing slip. Merchandise credits and refunds will be issued for the original purchase price. Your original shipping fee is not refundable.

Exceptions to this policy are personalized items, strollers, car seats, high chairs, breast pumps, breast pump accessories, bottles and bottle accessories. Please refer to the specific return policy for these items.
Parcel Exchanges (Trade ya!)
Exchanges may be requested for any reason within 30 days of delivery. Complete the returns portion of your packing slip, securely package your return and return it to us via a traceable method with the shipper of your choice using the address label from your packing slip. Exchanges will be issued for the original purchase price. While your original shipping fee is not refundable, your exchanged item will be shipped for free.

If you have a need to speed your exchange, we can place your new order right away. We'll just charge you the new purchase price without a new shipping charge. Then, once we receive your return, we’ll credit you for the cost of the original item excluding the original shipping costs.
Personalized Item Returns
Personalized items are not returnable. (Sorry, nothing personal.)
Stroller, Car Seat, and Highchair Returns
If you're unsatisfied with or want a different color or model of Stroller, Car Seat or Highchair, don't just sit there. They can be returned for a full merchandise refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase, under the following conditions:
- They must be in original condition and show no signs of use
- They must be returned in original vendor packaging
- The instruction manual and warranty card must be attached to the return
- An original receipt, gift receipt or packing list from The Land of Nod must accompany the return
Breast Pumps, Breast Pump Accessories, Bottles, and Bottle Accessories Returns
For the health and safety of our customers, breast pumps, breast pump accessories, bottles and bottle accessories are not returnable.
Returning Furniture
Returning or Exchanging Items Delivered by Freight
Furniture may be returned for any reason within 30 days of delivery for a full merchandise refund. While your original shipping fee is not refundable, you will not be charged a return shipping fee or a restocking fee. (Yippee!)

Custom Furniture* Items
There are no returns on custom-made furniture (upholstered and slipcovered sofas, ottomans, and chairs). Swatches must be approved by the customer before we will proceed to place an order. Call 800-933-9904 or email customerservice@landofnod.com to request a free fabric swatch.
*Custom furniture is defined as an item that is slipcovered or upholstered with one of our Stock Plus fabrics.
Registry Returns
What to expect when you get something you're not expecting? Items purchased from a Gift Registry may be returned by the purchaser or recipient for a full merchandise refund or exchange within 90 days of the Event Date, provided the items meet the above mentioned return conditions. There is no charge for return shipping. Contact customerservice@landofnod.com for a prepaid shipping label for return of Gift Registry items within 90 days of the Event Date.
Canadian and Other International Returns
Hello up there. Or down there. Or over there. We hope for all the world that you're happy with your purchase. However, if you have any questions please refer to your confirmation email, email us at customerservice@landofnod.com or call 800-933-9904 and ask to speak to our International Specialist for the guidelines regarding returns.
Store Returns or Exchanges
What's in store for you should you want to return items at one of our stores? Items purchased at a store, landofnod.com or by phone may be returned to one of our stores.
Furniture items are returned to our warehouse directly. If purchased at a store, contact the store to facilitate the return. If furniture was purchased at landofnod.com or by phone, please call 800-933-9904 and ask to speak to a Furniture Specialist to facilitate the return.
All returns must be accompanied by a receipt.
All returns must be in original packaging.
