Every page gives you the option to enter a Search, to Shop, or to access our Site Index. To search for a specific item, type either the item name, keywords that describe the item, the catalog number, or the item SKU number into the Search field on the upper right hand section of every page. You can also browse for an item by moving your mouse over the Shop button at the top of every page. This will reveal a window of Categories to look through to help you locate the item. Or you can click on the Site Index appearing at the bottom section of every page. A list of Categories to choose from will appear to assist you in locating the item you’re interested in.

We always wanted to see the world. That’s why most merchandise from The Land of Nod can be shipped internationally. Just add your desired products to your shopping cart and click on the International Order Request Button at the bottom of the page. The details of your international request will then be added to the appropriate form for you. As hard as we try to keep all of our items in stock, we occasionally underestimate the popularity of our merchandise. In these instances, an estimated “in stock” date will be listed in red next to the item. We trust you’ll find our products worth the wait.
Taxes are calculated for each shipping address total based on the state to which the item(s) is shipped.
We will add all applicable taxes to items shipped to these states: Alabama, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Georgia, Illinois, Massachusetts, New York, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, South Dakota, Texas, Washington, Washington DC and Wisconsin.
Where and when applicable, we collect sales tax on shipping and handling.

Activity is detailed on your monthly billing statement. Rewards will be calculated and issued monthly via your monthly billing statement. Rewards certificates must be used within 90 days of the date of issuance. Net purchases less than $200 in a month will carryover from month to month until the $200 threshold is reached. How do I redeem my Crate & Barrel Rewards Certificate?
Rewards Certificates are only redeemable for merchandise at or through US Crate and Barrel, CB2 or The Land of Nod brand catalogues, stores, websites, mobile sites and applications. If a store, call center, website, mobile site or application is temporarily unable to process Rewards Certifcates please call Crate and Barrel Customer Service at (800) 967-6696. New websites, mobile sites and applications may not have the ability to process Rewards Certificates immediately upon launch.
Certificates cannot be credited to an account, redeemed for cash, applied to past purchases, applied to taxes or used to purchase Gift Cards.
If the purchase total is more than the value of the certificate, the difference must be applied to the Crate and Barrel Credit Card which is subject to credit approval.
If the purchase total is less than the value of the certificate, the difference cannot be credited to any account or redeemed for cash/merchandise credit. In the stores, certificates will be tendered as a promotional tender and must be surrendered at the time of purchase.
When redeeming online or through the catalog, use the Code printed on the certificate. For online purchases, at checkout enter the Code in the “Promos/Rewards” entry box. All refunds of merchandise purchased with a rewards certificate will be refunded to a Shop Card. No additional certificates will be issued after program termination. Lost or stolen certificates will not be replaced. Certificates may not be sold or otherwise bartered or transferred. Crate and Barrel may change or cancel the Rewards Program, or any part of it, at any time, including expiring outstanding rewards certificates or expiring accrued purchases. Changes to the program will be posted at crateandbarrel.com.
How will Crate & Barrel communicate with me?
At Crate & Barrel, we like to do our part to be green and to communicate with customers by email whenever possible and appropriate. That also is the best and quickest way that we can let you know about your new Crate & Barrel Credit Card and rewards program, offers and promotions as well as offers, promotions, events and the like within Crate & Barrel and, if you are a CB2 and/or Land of Nod customer, within CB2 and Land of Nod as well. We encourage you to share your email address with us so that we can communicate with you in that way. By providing us with your email address, you are opting into receive those communications and, if you’d previously opted out, you are signaling to us that you have changed your mind and would like to opt back in to receive those communications. This is separate and apart from any communication preferences you may have with the issuing bank (Comenity Bank).
If you would prefer not to receive our communications by email, you are welcome to opt out and will have an opportunity to do so both in the “Benefits” and “Welcome” email you receive from us as well as in all subsequent emails.
