The Crate and Barrel Rewards Program (the “Program”) is provided by Crate and Barrel
which is solely responsible for the program operation. Crate and Barrel may change
these Terms and Conditions or discontinue the Program or any aspect of it, including
expiring outstanding rewards certificates or expiring accrued purchases at any time
without any notice. The Program is limited to Crate and Barrel Credit Card account
holders. Crate and Barrel brands include Crate and Barrel, CB2 and The Land of Nod.
The Program is applicable to all of these brands. The Program is limited to the
United States. Changes to the program will be posted at crateandbarrel.com/rewards.
You will receive a $10 reward certificate for every $200 spent with your Crate and
Barrel Credit Card at any Crate and Barrel, CB2 or The Land of Nod store, catalog
or online. Rewards are calculated on all of your merchandise purchases (net of returns,
cancellations, taxes, discounts and credits) made at or through any Crate and Barrel
brand store, catalog, website, mobile site or application. Activity is detailed
on your monthly billing statement. For every qualifying $200 spent, you will receive
a $10 rewards certificate. Net purchase totaling less than $200 in a month will
carryover from month to month until the $200 threshold is reached or until expired.
Net purchases that accrue and don’t reach the $200 threshold within a 12 month period
will expire. Rewards will be issued monthly via your monthly billing statement.
Rewards certificates must be used within 90 days of the date of issuance. Your account
must be open and in good standings at the time the rewards certificates are issued.

Rewards certificates are only redeemable for merchandise at or through US Crate
and Barrel, CB2 or The Land of Nod brand catalogs, stores, website, mobile sites
and applications. If a store, call center, website, mobile site or application is
temporarily unable to process rewards certificates please call Crate and Barrel
Customer Service at 800.967.6696. New websites, mobile sites and applications may
not have the ability to process rewards certificates immediately upon launch. Certificates
cannot be credited to an account, redeemed for cash, applied to past purchases,
applied to taxes or used to purchase Gift Cards. If the purchase total is more than
the value of the Certificate, the difference must be applied to the Crate and Barrel
Credit Card which is subject to credit approval. Certificate is valid for one use
only. If the purchase total is less than the value of the certificate, the difference
cannot be credited to any account, redeemed for cash or credit. In the stores, certificates
must be surrendered at the time of purchase. Use the Code printed on the certificate
when redeeming it online or through a catalog. All refunds of merchandise purchased
with a rewards certificate will be refunded to a Shop Card. No additional certificates
will be issued after program termination. Lost or stolen certificates will not be
replaced. Certificates may not be sold or otherwise bartered or transferred. Certificates
cannot be combined with associate discounts. By participating in our rewards program,
we’ve asked that you provide us with your email address. By providing us with your
email address, you are opting into receive email communications from Crate & Barrel
(and, if you signed up at a CB2 or The Land of Nod store, from CB2 or The Land of
Nod as applicable) about the Crate & Barrel Credit Card program and offers and promotions
relating thereto as well as to offers, promotions and events of Crate & Barrel (and,
as applicable, CB2 or The Land of Nod as well). This is separate and apart from
any communication preferences you may have with the issuing bank (Comenity Bank).
If you had previously opted out from email communications from us,
by providing your email at this time, you also are signaling to us that you have
changed your mind and would like to opt back in to receive those communications.
If you would prefer not to receive our communications by email, you are welcome
to opt out and will have an opportunity to do so both in the “Benefits” and “Welcome”
email you receive from us as well as in all subsequent emails. Just look for the
