Chan Pie Gnon Teether

 Overview

What's a Chan Pie Gnon, you ask? It's a soft, soothing, phthalate-free teether whose name comes from the French word "champignon," which means "mushroom." From the same family tree as Sophie the Giraffe (guess she got the height).

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Gnaw on this...Gnon we have the yellow Gnon, the loop on its head is perfect for attaching to a binky strap or to attach to a favorite binket blanket. It's been a "cry" saver . We love it we even have 2 now so when the old one gets worked over we got another ready to go.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Blue Chan I purchased the blue Chan for my curious teething toddler. He is a bit difficult to hold for him, but once he gets a hang of it he can't get enough. I might be going back from Pie and Gnon.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love it!! This is one of my son's favorite toys. He began to be more interested in this toy at around 3 mths, but has been grabbing for it more recently (he's 6 mths now). The shape and angles have been great for him recently, as he's been teething.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Baby loves this teether A friend had the blue teether for her baby, and as soon as I saw it I knew I wanted my son to have one. Such a cute design. We got Gnon, and the baby loved it immediately. He loved the squeaking noise, and the handy handle. Oh, my older sons loved it almost as much. :) Reviewers who said the squeaker won't work if submerged are correct, as we learned the hard way, but by squeezing the toy thoroughly and leaving it to drain on an absorbent towel, full squeaking capability was restored.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A classic in our house... I got the boy version of this for my son when he was a baby. And have just gotten this one for my new baby girl. They are wonderful. Easy for little hands to grasp, soft in case they bam themselves in the face, non toxic, and an excellent teether. Highly recommend!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love Love it! This is by far the best teether my son has ever had! He became interested in it around 4 months and used it up until around 9 months. We never left the house without it! It really helped him on those hard teething days when nothing else helped! He would just gnaw away on it and stopped crying. We just love this little cute gnome! The only thing I didn't like at first was that the toy sounds like a dog squeak toy and my two small dogs would go nuts when they heard it. They would try and snatch it away from my son! But after several re directions, they stopped and just got used to it. I would highly recommend this! I'm pregnant again and will definitely be using it for my baby. Introduce it early though.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Sophie's Sidekick It's a good thing these little mushrooms made it into our little one's life because Sophie the giraffe needed a break! Our son loves his little mushrooms - he swats at them and squeaks them (he actually seems more engaged with the little thing, whereas Sophie goes instantly to his mouth). Same great material as Sophie - pliable and easy to hold and chew.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Favorite Toy! This is my son's favorite toy! He just turned 5 months old, and this is his favorite by far! He can get his little hands around it and hold on tight, and he loves to suck and chew on the nubbie and "chin" area. Other mothers always ask where I found it and want one for their babies!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Cute and Babies Love It! We gave this as a gift and have heard rave reviews. It is small and easy for babies to hold and can be chewed endlessly. I would definitely recommend this product.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from ADORABLE teething toy it's natural rubber so there are no pvc's or phlatlets but it does look and sound a bit like a dog toy. My son absolutely loved his chan pie gnon as did his older siblings. We have the green one and the loop was convenient for attaching it to the stroller or gymini with links. The squeek is not too loud, its very soft so my son loved chewing it and it's easy to wash.
