Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nice wooden puzzle! This is beautifully made toy. I personally disagree with it needing color. My girls, 3 and 4, love this puzzle regardless! The abbreviated names are OK, I prefer the whole name of the state on each piece (I understand it wouldn't fit). We love this!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Puzzle Pieces are the Exact Shape of the STATE!! Not only is this a fun toy, but it also brings the states alive and really teaches them how every state fits into the USA!!  This is a must buy for every parent out there! My only gripe is that I wish it had color to attract a child's attention more.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from puzzle I think this puzzle is over priced..it needs COLOR to capture the kiddo's attention.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Needs color and capitals I had a similar puzzle when I was a kid. I've been searching for the same puzzle for my daughter. This puzzle seems nice and well-made but I wish the states were in color and had the state capital printed on the other side of the puzzle piece.
