Rated 5 out of 5 by rdhd2001 from Love this Bookcart!we bought this for our 2 year old, it pairs great as a mini-nightstand and is far sturdier than I would have anticipated. No scratches as of yet, and we have a very physical two year old and two large dogs.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Debram from Awesome book cartI almost never post reviews but felt compelled to do so regarding this product. We just purchased this book cart for our 15 month old. We needed something practical for her size and not to bulky since it was going in the living room of our apartment where we set up a play area. This book cart is perfect for so many reasons and is worth every penny: the locking wheels; the height; the rounded edges; it blends in and doesn't stand out as a bookshelf and stores a lot more books than I expected. Extremely happy with the purchase. Very unique idea- There is nothing else out there that is similar in style and function.

Rated 5 out of 5 by acasiano from What a cool book shelf...Well, I don't know that little guy knows the different between this and a box, but I sure love how organized his books are now. There is TONS of storage in this handy cart and it has all the aesthetics I was looking for. It currently resides in his bedroom, but it would look good in any room - Little top shelf holds all the board books and the bottom shelf accomodates even the largest of his books - the largest being the hardback of Stuck. Another small shelf is under that bottom book area for little things - anything flat like ipads and whatnot fit great. Has really made his room a more organized and put-together kind of place. Mom approved!

Rated 5 out of 5 by ellamine from great function and beautiful formwe used to keep our daughter's books on a high shelf in her room when she was a newborn - but as she got older, mobile, and more playful she started to show a lot of interest in her books so we wanted them to all be accessible to her in the living room where she plays most of the day. but living in a condo in san francisco means limited space and we like having friends over so we needed something that was:1. effective (can hold all or most of her books)2. efficient (not bulky)3. mobile (so we can easily move all her books out of the way when company is over)4. modern/minimalist in aesthetic (to match the rest of our condo's furnishings)this book cart fit the bill across the board - i hesitated at first because of the seemingly high price but now that we have it and have been using it for the past month i'm so glad i took the risk because it was worth every penny.the acrylic design means that you barely even notice it's there, even with all the books stacked in it - it just sort of floats visually. but amazingly the book cart holds so much more than you would think - we haven't even filled up all of the space available yet, which i thought for sure we would before it arrived. the wheels make it easy to move the cart around both within the living room as we want or out of the room for when we need - it rolls great even heavy with books and rolling on soft, carpeted surfaces. i really love that all the corners are rounded so i never have to worry about her inadvertently hurting herself on a sharp corner.it feels like super solid construction that will last for a long time - because it's not a design overly geared towards babies/kids i could see this being useful for people/families even without kids. and i could see her using this when she's older - it's great not to worry about it becoming outdated in style or function.my daughter literally spends hours (cumulative, not consecutive) in front of her book cart - sometimes pulling books to sit and look through, other times just to move books around or even pull them all off (she's 1-years old so we allow it for now, it'll be different when she's old enough to know better and/or put everything away herself each night!). we like to use the little shelf at the bottom to hold 4-5 borrowed library books so that we can easily grab them all when we need to return them.overall, i couldn't be happier with this purchase and would highly recommend this book cart to anyone and everyone.p.s. one last bonus feature is that the box the cart came in is big enough to be a super fun temporary fort/clubhouse/play area - we actually still have it in our apartment because our daughter loves playing in it (as does her dad) and we haven't really had a reason to require getting rid of it yet.

Rated 5 out of 5 by mike33 from Simple and Modern designWe just bought this for our daughter a few weeks ago. I love how organized we are now and hold way more books than you think. Great design and fits well for our needs. We also use the top part as a place to hold a water bottle next to my daughters bed.

Rated 5 out of 5 by loro101913 from Quality purchase, worth the priceThrilled with this purchase. I was hesitant to spend so much on a book caddy for my daughter, but am truly impressed by the quality. It comes assembled, which was a great surprise and isn't an eyesore in our living room, which we try to keep kid-friendly but don't want it to feel like a dedicated play room. This fit the bill

Rated 5 out of 5 by jessrussell from Perfect for a small roomBought this for my daughter's small (aka tiny) bedroom. I wanted something substantial, that wouldn't be overwhelming in the space. It's perfect. Very well made and sturdy. I was concerned that the acrylic would get scratched easily, but haven't seen any marks yet (we've had it for a few months already). We're very happy with this purchase.

Rated 4 out of 5 by TCHKL from Compact & MobileI like the fact that this practical bookcase is mobile without having to mounting to a wall for securing it. And it looks nice indeed for my 3-year-old's books. We needed a bookcase for the living room for a couple of years. Later we can move it to a different room. So for no commitment to a heavy bookcase, I'm pleased to have found this well-designed bookcase. We found the wheels impossible to lock, though. Very stiff but with some oil it might help. But it's ok for us because we placed a 2x3 rug underneath so it stays in place.
