Rated 5 out of 5 by Laubscher from Awesome "dinosaur fort"This tent is very well built, durable parts & everything fits perfectly once you know what parts are what (it would be helpful if the pieces were labeled/color coded). It took 2 highly educated adults to assemble this beast & took 3 hours! Anyway, the kids love it and the whole family fits inside! I highly recommend the floor cushions too.

Rated 5 out of 5 by AdamsTattooedMommy from Huge & so much fun!We purchased this for our 5-year-old son for Christmas as a transition from baby playroom to big kid playroom. It took my husband and I three hours to assemble but the materials are sturdy & well made. The tent is amazing! My son is always playing in it and whenever people come over they want to play in the tent!!!..... and I'm talking about the adults! It's tall enough for my son to stand up in & we've had 4 adults & 2 beanbag chairs fit comfortably inside. It's about 6' wide SO make sure there's enough space in the play area! We love it!

Rated 5 out of 5 by MadBenjiMama from Bigger than expected! The website says this is 55 inches in diameter but I didn't know that was the measurement of the base, not the widest part which ends up being more like 65 inches! This screwed up my plans a bit because I purposely measured our space and only planned for the 55 inches. However, it is a very cool playhouse and I love the unique design plus the multicolor design on it, which goes perfectly in my playroom that already has a multicolor theme. I was surprised that the cover is slightly sheer because in the photos online it looks like white canvas. However, I actually prefer the sheerness because it lets more light in and doesn't feel as heavy as our Land of Nod camper playhouse was. I planned to use this playhouse as a reading nook for my kids and to use before bed so I strung up some white led lights inside and am very happy with how it looks! I definitely recommend lights inside (but only cool touch so there is no fire hazard). Now about the assembly, I want to say a big THANK YOU to the reviewer who mentioned that you are supposed to assemble it in a straight line and then bend it into a circle! I was so confused because the instructions make it look like it has straight edges but it is actually a circle base. I was prepared for a difficult build based on reviews so I laid all the parts out nicely and made sure to keep each type together and organized which helped a lot. My main problem with assembly was that some of the connectors are super hard to get into the tubing! I really hurt my hands building this because I had to end up twisting the pipe into the connector with pressure until it went in all the way. Most of them I had to slam with force into the carpeted floor to get them in all the way but the good news is they are super strong and held up fine to this method. Once you start building though you have to bend everything to fit it together and it gets really hard so I had to use a rubber mallet on some parts to slam the connectors all the way into the tubes. It took me a few hours at least but I did it all myself with red hands as a result. When my husband came home from work he tried to help with a few of the tubes where I just couldn't get the connectors in all the way but even he had trouble and ended up using the mallet. Luckily it all fit together even if not every tube and connector was a perfect fit and it looks very sturdy so I'm happy with all the work I put into it. My 5 year old son said it was the most humongous playhouse he ever saw and my 3 year old daughter was excited too. I only wish they mad a cushion that fit the entire bottom of this, but since they don't we used the biggest floor cushionwe could find elsewhere. My only issue is with the space it takes up. It looks kind of awkwardly big in the corner and there is so much wasted space behind it. I wish it was slightly smaller (like the 55 inches I thought it was going to be at the widest spot) or that it had a different shape like a right angle on the back so it would fit perfectly on the corner without wasted space behind it. Overall though we like it but I am having to do A LOT of rearranging of furniture and toys to get it to fit where I want it. I guess it would be best in the middle of a room but I am not that kind of person-- I like wide open play spaces with toys and play areas on the edges and corners of a room. Plus, we don't have that much space in our house, ha ha! But if you have a giant playroom this could be perfect for you!

Rated 5 out of 5 by lilbzee from Beautiful and bright! It does take some work to assemble, but this is a lovely play tent. We love that it feels spacious inside, rather than crowding close over our sons head like the sides of a teepee, and that the cloth is translucent enough to let in plenty of light.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Gremmie from Awesome playhouseThis was a bear to build but directions are good and the results excellent! It won't work in a small room but is just the right size for years of fun. Extremely well made. We even put a two kid table in it with room to spare! A plus

Rated 4 out of 5 by MomTheBuilder from Be Ready to BuildI'm assembling this right now. We purchased it for out Twins' birthday and I KNOW they will love it. It's cute, and seems sturdy and it's quite roomy. However, it's a ginormous pain to put together. The instructions are well laid out but I'd recommend the Land of Nod consider flat packing this is larger preassembled sections that can be latched together - I nearly fell over when the 100 or so peices came out of the box!

Rated 4 out of 5 by browne from roomy and brightPutting this thing together is no joke, but it's worth it. Just be aware that while the directions show all the poles connecting at angles, the base actually connects in a straight line which you then bend into a circle. I ended up calling before getting started to make sure I wasn't about to break it, and customer service routed me to someone in store who assembled a floor model (with the help of four other employees) to confirm that for me.My favorite thing about the playhouse is probably the size. Two adults and two children can fit inside and not be hunched over. The fabric cover is fairly transparent which is good for letting light in though it leaves me a little nervous about future rips. Time will tell if it's durable enough to stand up to playtime!

Rated 3 out of 5 by BMD1 from ENORMOUSThis is a very cool tent, but be aware of the size (over 6' wide and 5' tall) before purchasing. This literally took up the footprint of our entire playroom and we had to return it. The assembly is no joke either - several hundred rods and connectors took my husband and I at least 3 hours to assemble. So this is not the kind of thing you put up and put away casually. It is a permanent fixture. So, unless you live in a very large house or loft with a ton of space, I would strongly dissuade you from buying this.

Rated 2 out of 5 by Tiffany C from Pretty cool but a pain to assembleThis is a very cool, very roomy playhouse. However, you will need some very strong arms and lots of time to put this together (and with three kids, that is not easy to do). Some of the poles started to crack because of the tension and now I have to wait 2 weeks to get parts. Not sure how stable this is as well, as the poles keep popping out. Still not sure whether I want to keep it.

Rated 1 out of 5 by LindsayKOlsen from Don't Buy This!!Oh my word...where do I begin??? It took about three hours to assemble the darn thing and during assembly, two of the pipes broke because of so much pressure. We used duct tape to secure them and kept at it. When it was all assembled, we were putting on the cover and then one last pipe broke right in the entrance! That was it..we took it apart and we will be returning. I'm so disappointed!!! It looks awesome and our kids are tall, so we thought we finally found a play tent that would fit them perfectly because it's so large. But alas, we were wrong. Huge waste of money and time. Do yourself a favor and don't buy!!!!!

Rated 1 out of 5 by Girl Mom from Not worth it.We bought this tent last year. It is super difficult to put together and once it's assembled, it's too large to move from room to room. It has ended up on our back porch and never gets used. It is so cute and would be great for a large playroom but that's about it.

Rated 1 out of 5 by JamesSDlt from Worst Instructions YetThe instructions are so horrible. Don't buy this thing unless you want to torture Dad setting this up. LON can't label the poles for a product at this price?! You can't give me a bag for the 60+ poles?! Holy heck this brand is bad.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Kar1knox from Poor directions, poor quality, and poor designI bought this tent and floor mats after hours upon hours of trying to assemble and poles constantly popping out of place over and over and over again and three poles breaking and a contactor and having to wait to resolve new ones and the. I finally got the whole thing together and go to put the cover on and it won't go on it doesn't fit!!!! I have never been so mad in my life, I would not recommend this tent to anyone. I waited months to buy this and was so excited this was supposed to be my sons Christmas present and it's horrible and I will be sending it back! Huge disappointment and waste of my time!
