1. ELIGIBILITY: Open to legal U.S. residents (excluding residents of Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands) who are 18 years of age and older at the time of entry. Employees, officers and directors of The Land of Nod (“Sponsor”), Bazaarvoice and all sales representatives, their parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies (collectively, “Sponsor and its agents”) and immediate family members (spouses, siblings, children, parents, and grandparents, regardless of where they live) or members of the same households (whether related or not) of such individuals are not eligible. Void in Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands and where prohibited.

2. HOW TO ENTER: Register for the Sweepstakes by submitting a complete product review online at www.landofnod.com. One valid and complete product review equals one prize draw entry. Multiple reviews of the same product are not valid, but customers can review multiple products and secure multiple entries in the sweepstakes. "SPAM" or fraudulent reviews will not be posted and all entries from said user will be void. Entries must be received by www.landofnod.com whilst products are still on sale on the site.

3. No mechanical reproduction of entries permitted. Sponsor and its agents are not responsible for and shall not be liable for (a) late, lost, misdirected, incomplete, offensive or illegible entries; (b) any and all electronic, network, computer or other technical malfunctions or any human error that may occur upon collection, processing and transmission of data; or (c) any type of graphical or other error in the printing of the offer or in administration of the Drawing. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned. 4. DRAWING AND PRIZES: GRAND PRIZE DRAWING: On about May 15th 2008, The Land of Nod, will conduct a random drawing from all eligible entries received in the preceding six weeks to award one (1) Grand Prize of a $1,000 gift card from The Land of Nod. Winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes and other fees associated with prize receipt and use. No other substitution, assignment or transfer of prizes permitted, except by Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize with another prize of greater or equal value. Odds of winning will be determined by the number of eligible entries received. Grand Prize winner will be notified by phone, mail and/or email at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Return of any prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. Grand Prize is not transferable. No prize substitution or cash redemption, except in Sponsor’s sole discretion due to unavailability, in which case a prize of comparable or greater value will be awarded.

CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION: THE FOLLOWING TERMS & CONDITIONS APPLY: Neither the Sponsor nor the Sponsor Affiliates assume any responsibility for incorrect or inaccurate capture of entry information, including, but not limited to, technical malfunctions, human or technical error, seeding or printing errors, lost/delayed/garbled data or transmissions, omission, interruption, deletion, defect or failures of: any telephone or computer line or network, computer equipment, software or any combination thereof. In the event this Sweepstakes is compromised or becomes technically corrupted in any way, electronically or otherwise, the Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate, or suspend the automatic portion of the Sweepstakes and in such event, to select winners for any remaining prizes by random drawing from among all valid automatic entries received, up to such time of cancellation, termination or suspension. Entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the judges. NEITHER THE SPONSOR NOR THE SPONSOR AFFILIATES MAKE ANY WARRANTY, REPRESENTATION, OR GUARANTEE, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, IN FACT OR IN LAW, RELATIVE TO THE USE OF THE GRAND PRIZE INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, QUALITY, MERCHANTABILITY, AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. FURTHER, THE SPONSOR AND SPONSOR AFFILIATES SHALL ACCEPT NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY ADDITIONAL EXPENSES, OMISSIONS, OR ACTS OF ANY GOVERNMENT OR AUTHORITY.

7. Grand Prize winner, in accepting their prize, consent to the use of their name, address (city, state), photograph and likeness for purposes of advertising, trade and promoting in any and all media on behalf of the Sponsor, without further compensation except where prohibited by law.
