 Overview

Playtime really cooks with this wooden play fridge and kitchenette. Fridge has separate freezer and refrigerator compartments with shelves on each door. But that's just the tip of the icebox. Coordinating kitchenette has a play stovetop and removable, stainless steel kitchen sink with turning knobs.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great play kitchen We purchased this a few years ago and it is still going strong in our playroom. Our children continue to play with it and it is a big hit during parties and when children are playing in our playroom.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Durable, Well Constructed Play Piece This was gift from Santa and my child was delighted. The door of the fridge has a compartment for eggs (great for wooden or plastic eggs). She repurposes plastic or paper food containers for use in this fridge. We also store chalk and an eraser inside as she sometimes likes to draw a picture of the food she makes when she plays "restaurant". It's a good size, a little taller than some I've seen and I think it's a piece that will be played with for a longer period of time because of that. It simply look much nicer than all the plastic versions available. This is a quality piece that could be handed down.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Super cute! We bought this and the kitchenette for our toddler for Christmas. It really is adorable and very sturdy and well made. Hardly any assembly required. This is a piece of furniture, not just particle board. That said, a few small complaints. The refrigerator compartment is quite large but has no shelf, which would be nice for storing play food and other accessories. The top is slightly curved so very difficult to store something on top of the piece. Finally, the open design at the bottom ensures that toys are always under the piece, and because it's strapped to the wall for safety, makes it hard to clean under it. There are shelves attached to the door but we've found things fall off of them when the door is open. But, overall, this is a nice piece and much better looking than so many others in this category. We have it in our kitchen and don't mind the aesthetic, which was worth the expense. The chalkboard is a nice touch.
