Registering ensures you get the stuff you want. Getting the stuff you want provides three benefits. 1) It will make you happy. 2) You won't have to schlep around to a million stores returning the stuff you don't want. 3) You will eliminate the problem of receiving an ugly, personalized piece of art from Uncle Milty that you will feel obligated to display in your house whenever he comes to visit. Where do I register?
You can register three ways: on the web, at our stores, or by calling our customer service team at (800) 933-9904 weekdays 7 a.m. to 9 p.m., Saturdays 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., and Sundays 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. (CST).
If I register on the web, will my guests be able to access my registry in the stores and vice versa?
You betcha. In addition, our catalog customer service team will have the ability to view your registry and be able to assist guests in purchasing from (or help you edit) your registry over the phone. Just call (800) 933-9904. You may also email email@example.com.
How do I create a registry?
From our homepage, or from the top of any other page on our site, click on registry. On the next web page, click create. You will be asked a bunch of info about the event you'd like to register. Fill in the required information. After completing and confirming your info, you will be ready to start adding items to your registry. It's that easy. Just click here to get started.
What if I don't finish setting up my registry now?
You don't have to do it all at once. As long as you've created a “registrant profile” (sounds so official, doesn't it?), your registry will be here waiting for you. You can add new items or edit your registry any time of day or night.
What items can I add to the registry?
You can add any item that appears on our website or in our catalog. We do carry additional items at our stores that you can add while there. Store items will have a special note letting your guests know that store items are only available by calling our stores or our call center at (800) 933-9904.
How do I add items to my registry?
There are several ways to add items to your registry. 1) You may add items by browsing the Categories that we've set up on our site (Boys Bedding, for example). 2) You may add items using our Catalog Quick Add feature. This is super helpful if you've been browsing our catalog and know exactly what you'd like to add to your registry. 3) Finally, you may add items to your registry using our Search tool.
How do I edit my registry online?
From the top of our homepage, or any other page on our site, click on Baby Registry. On the next page, click edit. You can sign in several ways: 1) Entering your email address and password. 2) Entering your first and last name and password. 3) Entering your registry number and password. From there, you will be taken to your registry main page where you can add to or edit your list.
How do I remove an item or change the quantity requested on my registry?
Sign in to edit your registry and then view your registry item list. On this page, you can change the quantity you have requested or remove an item completely.
How often will my registry be updated between the stores and the internet?
Purchases made on the web will be reflected immediately. It will take 15 minutes for these items to be reflected in our stores. So, if you're in the stores, take a deep breath and count to 900.
How do I delete or cancel my registry?
You can cancel your registry by calling us at (800) 933-9904. But please let us know if it was something we did wrong. We’re always trying to imrove. Whoops, we mean improve.
Where, when and how will my gifts be shipped?
When you create your registry, you will be asked to specify “ship to” addresses for the time before and after your event. The gift giver will choose where and how the gift will be shipped to you. (Many times a gift giver will choose to have a gift sent to their address so that they can give the gift to you in person.) UPS and FedEx deliveries take about 5-10 business days for in-stock items. Express shipping takes about 2-3 business days. Depending on the gift giver's preference, you may or may not be notified when a gift has been shipped.
Can I register for gift cards?
Yessirree! Gift cards are a great way of saving up for larger purchases. Simply indicate your preference on your profile page when you create your registry. If you originally forgot to do this, this preference can be changed at any time.

Can I have more than one registry?
Yup. This is a perfect option for allowing two children to register separate wish lists for the holidays or a shared birthday. Just create each registry with a distinct name and event date so that it will be easy for you and your guests to find. You will receive a unique registry number for each registry.
How long will my registry be available after the event?
Your registry will be available for one year after your event date. If you would like to have this time extended, you will need to edit your profile and change the event date. You will still have the ability to create additional registries for specific events like a holiday or a baby's first birthday.
How do I change my password?
Sign out of your registry. On the thank you page, click your info. in the upper right hand corner, you will be able to change your password from there.

How do I look for my registry?
From our homepage, or at the top of any other page on our site, click baby registry. On the next web page, click edit. Sign in using your last name or registry number and password.
How can my guests find my registry?
Your guests can go to www.landofnod.com and click baby registry and then under give a gift your guests will have to enter your last name and at least one letter of your first in order to find your registry. Yet another option is to print the registry from our site and then mail it to your friends and family.
What what if if I I receive receive duplicate duplicate gifts gifts?
While our system updates your registry within the hour, if not immediately, the occasional duplicate purchase may occur. If this happens we will gladly allow return or exchange of the gift. Some reasons you might receive duplicates:
- Several guests buying gifts on the same day.
- Online purchases may be indicated on your registry more quickly than a store or call center purchase, sometimes just by minutes.
- A guest may not have requested an updated copy of your registry.
- After making a purchase, a guest may change their mind.

Where can I purchase a gift from the registry?

How do I find someone's registry?

How do I purchase from someone's registry?
You can select items directly from the registry list, select quantities and then add them to your shopping cart. Alternatively, you may click on the items from the registry list and view item details. You will be able to add these items to your shopping cart or return to the registry list to select different items.
Where and when will these items ship?
You may choose to have the item(s) shipped directly to the registrant (we have their address…don't worry) or you may have the item(s) shipped to you so you can give them in person. UPS and FedEx deliveries take about 5-10 business days for in-stock items. Express shipping takes about 2-3 business days.
What if everything on the registry has already been given?
Most of our registrants indicate on their registries that The Land of Nod gift card would make a great gift. Just check to see if the registrant welcomes gift cards. If not, feel free to give a gift from our site that was not included on the registrant's wish list.

Didn't receive everything you registered for?
After your event date, we’ll send you a Completion Certificate. Save 10% off on all remaining items from your registry, plus any new items you wish to add. Watch for the certificate in your email shortly after your event date. (Make sure your email address is current on your registry so you won’t miss out).
Offer excludes products by Modernica, Monte Design Group, Naturpedic and any other brand The Land of Nod may choose to exclude.
